Been on the couch (or the bathroom floor) for the last 24 hours after my first Moderna shot 😌 feeling much better, and ready to take in the world! Gonna have to take a break from the weights for a bit, but it’s perfect hiking weather coming up!
Had a great weekend/recon mission of Van Buren for all our summer shenanigans! We’ve got the Current River, Mark Twain Forest, and lots of small town America to explore 🤘🏻💚 (album dropping summer 2021)
Sometimes you gotta cross stitch in a golf cart while @dennydoo hits some balls around a golf course - and yes I did get to drive the cart. Once. It was awesome.

The first day in a while that’s been low key and as chill as we want 🤘🏻
The April bootcamp is in full swing! There are LOTS of new faces, and I’m so pumped to dive in!
I think a lot about motivation, and how I didn’t have much of it through the winter months. Then I think about how I need to move through the times I’m not motivated, and the word discipline keeps coming to the front of my mind.
