I used to go to the gym.
Ok ok ok! So! I have a couple things in the works that I’m really excited about, but am also looking for help! I’m creating a couple e-courses/workbooks that will be for sale in the site 😊🤘🏻 I’ve never done this before, but I’m really excited to FINALLY be putting together what I’ve been learning and experiencing over the last few years to share with you. From the basics of meditating to yoga and stretching for hikers, to clean & plant-based trail snacks! Who out there has done something like this?! Is it weird that the more progress I see in my body through fitness the more I think about how it’ll benefit me once the weather is nicer and I can hike, cycle, climb, paddle, adventure, and whatever else more powerfully than before?!

Ventured outside for an ikea trip on our first Valentine’s Day 😅🥰
Wishing SO BADLY that it wasn’t so cold this weekend so I could hike, but still starting this Friday feeling magical 🧝🏻‍♀️
Added the resistance bands to 🍑 day this week 😅 of course I’m LOVING the changes in my body, but I’m so pumped to experience how all this work will help me knees and hips out on the trails 💚 and yes I’m using my @marinbikes as my barre 😛
As mentioned in my stories yesterday, I’m planning a whole month of learning about, setting up for, and practicing meditation! It’s something that can be so small and simple yet so impactful.
